VBEAM LASER

Advanced Treatment for Vascular Skin Concerns

VBeam® is an advanced pulsed dye laser designed to treat vascular skin concerns with precision. It targets redness, visible veins, and pigmentation while protecting surrounding skin, helping to restore a clearer, more even complexion.

  • The VBeam laser system is a user-friendly pulsed dye laser widely regarded as the gold standard for treating vascular lesions. The VBeam pulsed dye laser (PDL) has consistently demonstrated effectiveness in treating a broad range of vascular, pigmented, and select non-pigmented lesions, while maintaining a low risk of side effects.

  • The VBeam laser system emits a concentrated pulse of light designed to selectively target and treat the blood vessels associated with vascular lesions while preserving the surrounding skin and tissue. The laser is calibrated to a wavelength that is readily absorbed by the blood vessels but minimally absorbed by the surrounding skin.

As the targeted vessels absorb the energy, they are heated and undergo coagulation. Over time, the body gradually reabsorbs these treated vessels through its natural healing processes.

  • During your consultation, your practitioner will review your medical history and discuss your skin concerns to determine if VBeam is the right treatment for you. You can also review costs, which vary depending on the size and location of the area being treated.

During the procedure, protective eyewear will be provided, and the practitioner will guide the VBeam handpiece over the targeted area. Most patients experience only a mild snapping sensation or slight discomfort, which is minimized by the laser’s cooling system. If you can tolerate the snap of a rubber band on the skin, the VBeam treatment should be well-tolerated.
